Dr. Michelle Kelly
Dr. Kelly delivers dentistry from the heart. She knows that a trip to the dentist can make people of all ages nervous, and she goes out of her way to provide quality care in a comforting environment.
Dr. Kelly grew up in Wauwatosa and went on to get her BS in Biology with a minor in business at Carroll University. She graduated with honors from dental school at Marquette University Dental School in 2004.
After spending much time in the area as a child, Dr. Michelle Kelly’s heart never left Lake Country. She lives here with her husband Mike and their three young children, Madailein (14), Mackenna (12), and Macallan (10). The family has a black lab (Ella) as well as two turtles (Red & Squirt), a fish (Jeffrey Jr….there’s a story to this), and two ferrets (Noodle & Moose).
When Dr. Michelle Kelly isn’t in the office, she’s likely taking a course to continue to provide you with the most updated treatments. And if she’s not learning, you can bet she’s camping with her son for boy scouts, golfing with her family, spending time swimming, traveling, helping with Girl Scouts for her girls or leading her son’s scout den. In winter, she enjoys down hill skiing with her husband and kiddos or getting to know her community volunteering at local events.
Dr. Kelly also donates time to various charitable organizations and events within our community.
Our Team
Jill – Office Manager
Jill is our Office Manager with over 15 years of experience and has worked with Dr. Kelly since Dr moved out to Delafield. She is passionate about maximizing your dental benefits while getting you the care you need. Jill looks forward to continuing to build relationships with our patients!
When Jill is not in the office, you can find her staying busy camping with her husband and 4 rescues – 2 dogs (Amelia and Piper) and 2 cats (Coraline and Gus).
Makenna – Patient Care Coordinator
Makenna has a huge passion for the medical field. With previous experience as an emergency responder, she has always believed that the comfort and health of patients is #1. Her passion has led her into the dental field through the business side. Seeing happy and healthy smiles is one of her favorite parts of working in the dental office! Outside of work she loves to spend time traveling, cooking, and taking care of her animals!
Rebecca – Registered Dental Hygienist
Rebecca graduated in 2016 from WCTC in Pewaukee. Her dental career started in 2007 as Dr. Kelly‘s assistant. She enjoys educating patients on proper dental hygiene habits and creating great rapport. Becky resides in Wauwatosa with her husband and when she isn’t working she enjoys hanging out with her fur babies, reading, maintaining her house plants, and socializing with friends.
Kimberly – Registered Dental Hygienist
Kimberly is a graduate of Waukesha County Technical College for Dental Hygiene. After being a Certified Nurses Assistant for 11 years she decided on a career in hygiene to pursue her passion for helping others and providing individual personable care. The thing she enjoys most about her job is helping people meet their wellness goals by providing education on their dental health. When Kimberly is not at work, she enjoys being at the lake, backyard BBQ’s, arts & crafts, and spending time with her kitty Sebastian, family and friends.
Karissa – Registered Dental Hygienist
Karissa received her Associates degree in Dental Hygiene from WCTC. She loves connecting with her patients and learning about their lifestyles to tailor whole mouth home care recommendations. Patient comfort is her priority and she strives to provide a pleasant experience at every visit. Karissa enjoys spending time with her husband, two girls, and dog when not at work. Her pastimes include golf, travel, and movies.
Christa – Lead Dental Assistant
Christa has been in dentistry for 10 years. She loves being a dental assistant because she has the ability to help people. When she is not at the office, you may find her spending time on the lake with her family.
Taryn – Dental Assistant
Taryn comes to us with extensive knowledge in customer service after being in the hospitality field for 10 years. Her passion for dentistry and oral health education began in 2023 and enjoys learning all areas of dental assisting. In her free time she enjoys camping with her two children, watching movies, tending to her many house plants, playing with her two cats and cooking for her loved ones.

At Delafield Family Dental, you’ll find a sunken ship themed room just for the kids complete with iPads and TV with a two sided fish tank. After we check you in, our staff will point you towards our bright and modern seating area where you can enjoy a coffee, tea, or water from our beverage station.
Our main attraction is our pet fishes, Oscar and friends – enjoyed by both kids and adults! Oscar has many admirers, and he is known to show his appreciation with a friendly nibble on your finger—his way of saying hello. If you ask, you may just get to feed our fish friends!
